Our mission is to help facilitiate the closing of old Division of State Architect projects in a expeditious manner for all school Districts in the State of California.

Our Business

Berkley and Berkley General Services was started in 2005 while doing contract administration at the Oakland Unified School District.  The idea was born after we noticed how many School Districts had not been closed out  to DSA specificiations.  In 2011 the State of California put all school districts on notice that they will not charge-off outstanding projects and they must be closed.  Let Berkley and Berkley help you get the process started.  It never too soon to start closing out old projects.

Who We Are

Susie Butler-Berkley has worked in construction admistration for over 20 years on such diverse projects as the San Francisco Waste Water Project,  PG&E - Contract Adminstration,  Port of Oakland, Richmond  Sanitary, Oakland Unified School  District and Peralta Community College District as a Forensic DSA Closeout Specialist to name a few.
